Always use this live list rather than copying IP addresses into your configuration permanently. Search Atlas may update the list, so review it periodically and update your allowlist when needed.
⚙️ Add the IPs to your CDN or firewall
- Open your CDN, web application firewall, hosting firewall, or security platform.
- Find the IP allowlist, trusted IPs, or firewall rules section.
- Add every IP address shown in the official Search Atlas list.
- Save or publish the rule changes.
- Confirm that your rules allow Search Atlas requests while keeping other protections enabled.
🔍 Troubleshoot Content Velocity issues
If Content Velocity is delayed or cannot access your site, check that your allowlist includes the latest IP list and that no separate security layer is blocking requests.
- Review CDN and firewall event logs for blocked Search Atlas requests.
- Check rate limits, bot protection, CAPTCHA, and geo-blocking rules.
- Make sure your site is available to authorized Search Atlas requests.
- After changing rules, retry the Content Velocity action and monitor the result.
