Most promotional codes are designed for monthly plans only. Annual subscriptions qualify only for specific retention offers or seasonal campaigns announced in your dashboard. Codes from external sources rarely apply to yearly billing cycles.
✅ How to Check Your Code
Enter the coupon during checkout or in account settings. The system will instantly show whether it is valid for your annual plan. Invalid codes display an error and leave your current pricing unchanged.
💰 Refunds After Activation
Once a coupon is applied to an annual subscription, refunds are not issued for prior payments. The discount takes effect on the next billing date only. If you recently upgraded or paid annually, the code cannot retroactively adjust that charge.
📅 Special Retention Offers
During cancellation, eligible users may receive a limited-time 50 percent discount for two months before reverting to standard pricing. These offers replace standard coupon fields and cannot be combined with other codes.
🚫 Common Restrictions
- Coupons cannot extend an annual term indefinitely or make the plan appear permanently free.
- Existing annual subscribers are excluded from most new customer promotions.
