🔍 What happens after cancellation?
After you cancel your Search Atlas account, you may no longer be able to sign in or view publication details. Your publication itself may still exist, but its current status cannot be checked until account access is restored or a team member reviews it.
📋 Check your publication status
- Sign in to Search Atlas if your account is still accessible.
- Open the top-right avatar menu.
- Select App Ecosystem, then open the Publisher Exchange tab.
- Review the publication and its current status, including whether it is active, unavailable, or rejected by the publisher.
⚙️ If you cannot sign in
Do not create a new account to check the same publication. Account cancellation may prevent access to the original workspace and its publication records. A team member can verify the account, publication, and latest status for you.
If another active team member still has access, ask them to review Top-right avatar → App Ecosystem → Publisher Exchange. They can also confirm whether the publication is active, unavailable, or publisher-rejected.
📰 Publication status terms
- Active: The publication is currently available in the system.
- Unavailable: The publication cannot currently be used or viewed as available.
- Publisher-rejected: The publisher did not accept the placement.
- Inactive: The publication was previously available but is no longer active.
