🗂️ About Exporting OTTO Tasks and Work Summary Data
The OTTO dashboard includes the ability to export records of SEO tasks and work completed — whether actioned by OTTO automatically or implemented by your team. This is useful for client reporting, internal audits, and tracking progress over time.
Exportable data may include:
- Completed tasks — tasks that have been actioned within a given period
- OTTO suggestions — recommendations generated by OTTO along with their status
- Work summary data — a high-level breakdown of activity across your site
🧭 How to Access the OTTO Dashboard
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Navigate to OTTO SEO → All Sites (SEO Automation) from the left sidebar.
- Your OTTO dashboard will load, displaying tasks and activity for the selected project.
- If you manage multiple sites, switch to the correct project before attempting to export.
📥 Exporting Tasks and Work Summary Data
Export options are available directly from the OTTO dashboard. To export your data:
- Open the OTTO dashboard and navigate to the section containing the tasks or work summary you want to export.
- Apply any available filters to narrow the results to the date range or task states you need.
- Look for an export or download option within that section to save the data to your device.
If you are unable to locate the export option, or if the export feature does not appear to be available for your account or project, please reach out to our support team for guidance. When you do, have the following ready:
- The name of the project you are trying to export data for
- The type of data you want to export (tasks, suggestions, or work summary)
- Any error message or unexpected behavior you encountered, including the approximate date and time it occurred
