🔗 Fix LinkedIn Company Page Posts

📌 What this covers Scheduled posts to a LinkedIn Company Page can fail even when a personal LinkedIn profile looks connected. LinkedIn only lets Search Atlas reach a Company Page through a personal profile that administers that page. Use the checks below, then try the post again. 👤 Confirm you admin the Company Page On LinkedIn, open the Company Page and confirm your personal profile is a Super admin. A personal profile alone, or any other page role, will not show the page as a posting destination. 🔄 Reconnect and accept Company Page permissions 1. In Search Atlas, reconnect the LinkedIn account using the personal profile that admins the Company Page. 2. When LinkedIn asks for access, accept the Company Page permissions. Do not stop after the personal profile is linked. 3. In the LinkedIn destination list, choose the business page under Company Pages. If you only see your personal profile, the Super admin role or page permission was not granted. 🚀 Try the post again After the page is selected, schedule or publish the post again. Organization lookup was updated for a LinkedIn API change, and scheduled Company Page posts now publish to the connected page. If the steps above are complete, publish or reschedule the post once more and confirm it appears on the Company Page. 💬 If it still fails If the Company Page still does not appear after you accept permissions, or a new post still fails after you retry, If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and send your message. 🎬 Why the Reels Upload Limit Cannot Increase

📌 What this article covers This article explains why a Reel video cannot be published from Search Atlas. Social Hub does not support video uploads, including Reels, so the file size cannot be raised for a single account. Post the Reel directly in Meta Business Suite or the Instagram or Facebook app instead. ⚙️ Why the limit cannot be increased The 5 MB upload limit applies to files in the Search Atlas Social Hub media uploader and cannot be raised for one account, customer, or project. It does not control Reels. Video files, including Facebook and Instagram Reels, are not supported, so compressing a Reel under 5 MB will not let it upload. 🛠️ Workarounds that resolve the issue You have two practical options. Use either one, or both, depending on how you prefer to publish. Compressing the Reel under 5 MB will not let you publish it from Search Atlas, because video uploads are not supported. - Use a compression tool such as HandBrake, Clideo, FreeConvert, or CapCut. - Exporting or converting the Reel to a file under 5 MB will not make it acceptable. Search Atlas only accepts images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, or HEIC). - Do not upload the Reel through the Search Atlas media uploader. Video files are turned away with the message that video is not supported yet. Publish the original video outside Search Atlas - Upload the Reel directly through Meta Business Suite. - Or upload it through the native Instagram or Facebook app. - This path is not limited by the Search Atlas media uploader cap. 💡 What to expect Compressing a Reel under 5 MB does not let you publish it inside Search Atlas. Post it through Meta Business Suite or the native Instagram or Facebook app to use the original file. There is no Reels upload limit in Search Atlas to raise."} 💬 Need more help?
