The Search Atlas Report Builder allows you to generate SEO reports, but report creation is subject to monthly limits and plan-level quotas. If you find that you are unable to generate a new report or have hit a usage limit, this article explains what to expect and how to get help.
To access the Report Builder, go to Left sidebar → Reports (URL: /report-builder/projects-list).
📦 Monthly Creation Limits and Plan Quotas
Report generation in Search Atlas is tied to your subscription plan. Each plan includes a set number of SEO reports you can create per month. Once you reach your plan's monthly limit, you will not be able to generate additional reports until the next billing cycle begins and your quota resets.
The exact number of reports included with your plan depends on the tier you are subscribed to. To find out your current plan's report quota and how many reports you have remaining this month, check your account settings or billing page within the platform.
🔄 What To Do If You've Reached Your Limit
If you are unable to create a new report and believe you have reached your monthly quota, here are the steps to take:
- Navigate to your account settings or billing page to confirm your current plan and remaining report quota for the month.
- If your quota has been reached, you can wait for your monthly limit to reset at the start of your next billing cycle.
- If you need to generate more reports before the reset, consider upgrading your subscription to a higher-tier plan that includes a larger monthly report allocation.
- If your quota does not appear to have been reached but you are still unable to generate reports, or if the information shown does not match what you expect, contact our support team with your project name and a description of the issue so we can investigate.
