🔍 What Is AI Summary in Report Builder?
The AI Summary feature in Report Builder analyzes your report data and generates a concise, intelligent summary that highlights key findings, trends, and standout metrics. Instead of manually reviewing every section, you get an instant overview of what matters most — making it easier to share insights with clients or stakeholders.
🗂️ How to Navigate to Report Builder
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- In the left sidebar, click Reports.
- Open an existing report by clicking its name, or create a new one using the New Report button.
✅ How to Enable AI Summary
Once your report is open, navigate to Report Builder (Executive Summary) and use Refresh Summary or AI Settings to activate it. Once enabled, the AI Summary will automatically generate based on the data currently included in your report.
If you open your report and cannot locate the Refresh Summary or AI Settings option, or if it does not appear to be available in your account, please reach out to our support team so they can confirm where the option is located for your specific plan and report type, and assist you in enabling it.
When contacting support, please have the following ready:
- Your project or report name
- A description of what you see (or do not see) in your report
- Any error messages or unexpected behavior you have encountered
📝 How to Use the AI Summary
After enabling AI Summary, a summary section will appear within your report, providing an at-a-glance overview of your report data. You can include this summary when sharing the report with clients or team members so they immediately understand the most important takeaways without reading the full report.
💡 Tips
- Make sure your report includes enough data before enabling AI Summary — the more data, the richer the summary.
- If the summary does not appear after enabling it, try refreshing the page or re-saving the report.
