- Go to Left sidebar → OTTO SEO → Overview.
- Select a connected site to open its task dashboard.
- Locate a supported task category such as Meta Descriptions, Title Tags, or Basic Schema.
- Select the pages you want to generate suggestions for using the checkboxes.
- Click Generate Suggestions (or the equivalent bulk action button for that category).
- Review the generated suggestions before deploying them to your site.
Always review bulk-generated suggestions before approving them. Even for supported categories, AI output should be checked for accuracy, tone, and relevance to your brand.
🛠️ What to Do for Unsupported Categories
For task categories that do not support bulk generation, you have two options:
- Generate suggestions individually — open each task within OTTO SEO and use the single-page suggestion feature to get an AI recommendation tailored to that specific page.
- Use Content Genius for deeper content work — navigate to Left sidebar → Content → Content Genius for more advanced AI-assisted writing, including reworking existing content or creating new articles optimised for specific keywords.
