⚠️ Why Deploy All Stays Disabled
Deploy All depends entirely on approved suggestions existing in your OTTO SEO session. If suggestions have not been generated and approved yet, the button will always be disabled regardless of your plan, pixel status, or quota.
The most common causes are:
- No suggestions have been generated yet — OTTO SEO has not processed your connected pages.
- Suggestions exist but none are approved — Suggestions were generated, but you have not reviewed and approved them.
- A reprocess was triggered but is still in progress — Generation can take a few minutes; the button will remain inactive until it completes.
- The reprocess completed but returned zero suggestions — This can happen if the connected pages have no optimisation opportunities detected.
✅ Step-by-Step: How to Enable Deploy All
- Open your OTTO SEO project from the Search Atlas dashboard.
- Select the website or project you are working on.
- Check whether suggestions are already listed under any of the OTTO SEO task categories.
- If no suggestions are visible, trigger a fresh content generation and wait for the process to complete before proceeding.
- Once generation finishes, review the suggestions that appear.
- Approve the suggestions you want to deploy.
- After at least one suggestion is approved, the Deploy All button will become active. Click it to push all approved suggestions to your site.
🔄 What to Do If Reprocess Returns No Suggestions
If you triggered a manual reprocess and it completed but still shows no suggestions, try the following:
- Confirm your pages are connected — OTTO SEO can only generate suggestions for pages that have been added to your project. Verify that your target URLs appear in the connected pages list.
- Check that your project setup is complete — Some suggestion types require additional tracking or configuration to be active on your site. Confirm your project settings are fully configured.
- Review your plan limits — Your current plan may affect the number or types of suggestions available. Check your account settings to confirm you have available capacity.
