Getting started with Search Atlas is now smoother, faster, and more intuitive than ever. In this guide, you’ll walk through the full onboarding experience, from choosing your subscription plan, activating your free 7-day trial, scheduling your 1:1 Launch Lab session, and creating your first website project.
🚀 1. Choose Your Plan & Start Your Free 7-Day Trial
When you first land on the Search Atlas subscription page, you’ll see our available plans: Starter, perfect for freelancers and solo marketers; Growth, ideal for mid-size teams managing multiple sites; Pro, built for agencies ready to scale; and Agency, for agencies that need unlimited campaigns and connections.
Click “Start 7-day trial” on the plan that fits your needs.
💳 2. Complete Your Secure Checkout
You’ll be redirected to Search Atlas’ secure Stripe checkout page. Here you can enter your card details, add your billing information, and choose your country.
Once everything is filled in, click “Start Trial.”
✅ 3. Payment Successful
After processing your card, you’ll immediately see a confirmation screen. Your 7-day free trial is now activated.
🪐 4. Access Your Exclusive 1:1 Launch Lab Session
Users unlock a dedicated 1:1 onboarding session with one of our product specialists, branded the Launch Lab. During this call, we help configure your entire Search Atlas environment, connect key integrations, set up your workflows, and tailor strategies to your actual goals.
Click “Select Meeting Slot” to continue.
📅 5. Choose Your Meeting Date
You’ll now see the Launch Lab calendar. Select your preferred date using the calendar selector and your time zone (automatically detected), then click on the date that fits your schedule.
⏰ 6. Choose Your Meeting Time
After selecting your date, you’ll be presented with all available time slots. Click “Select” on the time slot you want.
📝 7. Confirm Your Details
Before finalizing your booking, complete the short confirmation form with your first name, last name, phone, and email, then click “Schedule Meeting.”
🎉 8. Your Meeting Is Scheduled
Your onboarding session is confirmed. On this screen you’ll see your exact time and date, the meeting link, your selected time zone, and calendar add-options (Google, Outlook, iCloud). Click any calendar button to add the session automatically.
🌐 9. Create Your First Website Project
Now you’ll be guided into your Search Atlas dashboard to create your first website project. Enter your website’s homepage URL and click “Create Project.”
This will unlock keyword rank tracking, backlink monitoring, technical audits, OTTO SEO insights, content intelligence, and full Search Atlas performance reporting.
Your Search Atlas workspace is now active, your onboarding meeting is scheduled, and your first project is ready to track. Over the next few days, you’ll start seeing your data populate, your insights take shape, and your growth opportunities become clear.
