This typically means the OAuth session between the plugin and Search Atlas expired or was interrupted. Go to the MetaSync plugin settings in WordPress, disconnect the account, and reconnect. If the login page keeps appearing after reconnecting, try deactivating and reactivating the plugin, then reconnecting.
The MetaSync plugin is causing my Elementor editor to hang. What do I do?
A conflict between MetaSync and Elementor's editor can cause the editor to freeze on load. ⚠️ As a workaround: temporarily deactivate the MetaSync plugin when using the Elementor visual editor, then reactivate it when done editing. This conflict is a known issue being tracked by the engineering team.
My page titles aren't deploying even though the MetaSync plugin is active. Why?
If you have both the WordPress MetaSync plugin AND the Cloudflare Worker active on the same OTTO project, they may conflict. Go to OTTO SEO → Installation Guide and choose one method — either the plugin or the Cloudflare Worker. ⚠️ Disable whichever you want to stop using. Having both active simultaneously can cause either to behave unpredictably.
Can I install the OTTO pixel on Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, or GoDaddy?
Yes. The OTTO JavaScript pixel can be added to any CMS that allows custom code in the page header:
- Squarespace: Settings → Advanced → Code Injection → Header
- Wix: Settings → Custom Code → Head
- Shopify: Online Store → Themes → Edit code →

💡 For platforms that don't support header code injection, use the Cloudflare Worker method instead.
How do I connect Google Search Console to Search Atlas?
Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Search Console and follow the OAuth flow. Select the GSC property (domain or URL-prefix) that matches your site. ✅ Once connected, GSC data is available across OTTO, Report Builder, and the keyword tools.
How do I connect my Google Business Profile?
Go to GBP Galactic → GBP Projects → Connect GBP Account. Sign in with the Google account that owns or manages the GBP locations. After authorizing, select the locations you want to manage. ⚠️ Note: view-only access is not sufficient — you need owner or manager permissions on the Google account.

Can I connect the Search Atlas MCP to ChatGPT?
No. ChatGPT uses OpenAI's own plugin/tool system, which is architecturally different from MCP. The Search Atlas MCP server does not implement OpenAI's plugin protocol. Supported AI tools: Claude Desktop, Claude Code (CLI), and Cursor.
What CMS platforms can Content Genius publish to?
Content Genius can publish articles directly to: WordPress (via MetaSync plugin), Website Studio, Webflow, Shopify, and Squarespace. ✅ Connect CMS destinations at Settings → CMS Connectors.
How do I connect Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS platforms to Content Genius?

How do I install the OTTO pixel on Website Studio?

What does "OTTO Not Found" mean even though the Cloudflare Worker is deployed?
The Cloudflare Worker is live but the UUID in the worker script may not match your OTTO project. Re-copy the exact script from OTTO SEO → Installation Guide and redeploy the worker with the new script. ⚠️ If the UUID matches but the banner persists, contact support with your domain and OTTO project ID.
How do I set up GoHighLevel (GHL) white-label integration?
GHL integration is provisioned through the GoHighLevel marketplace. When a GHL sub-location is created, a Search Atlas child account is created automatically under the GHL master account. Sub-accounts inherit white-label branding from the GHL parent. If GHL sub-accounts aren't appearing in your Agency Hub, check your GHL marketplace connection status and contact support.
