In some accounts, Google Search Console is connected and your properties are visible in the integration view, yet the property selector in the reports builder stays empty — so you can't connect a Search Console property to a report.

🔍 How to Recognize This Issue
This is likely your situation if all of the following are true:
- Your GSC integration shows as connected in Site Metrics → Site Explorer → 'Open Google Search Console' (Manage Sites page) (for example, it shows the number of sites found).
- Clicking View properties in the integration shows your Search Console properties listed correctly.
- Your data loads normally when you open Google Search Console directly.
- But the property selector in the reports builder is empty and does not list your properties when you try to connect one to a report.
You can still create and view reports — only the step of connecting a Search Console property to a report is blocked.
🧩 Why This Happens
Your account is set up as a team member seat, and the reports builder requires each user to have their own Google account connected directly.
When this per-user connection hasn't been completed for your login, your Search Console properties won't appear in the reports dropdown — even though the account itself already has GSC connected.
🛠️ How to Fix It
While logged in with your own user:
- Go to Site Metrics → Site Explorer → 'Open Google Search Console' (Manage Sites page).
- Click Connect GSC Account.
- Authorize with the Google account that has access to your Search Console properties.
