If your Google Search Console (GSC) property appears correctly in your OTTO SEO audits but is missing from the GSC selection list inside Report Builder, this article explains what may be happening and what steps you can take to resolve it.

Why This Happens

Search Atlas surfaces GSC data differently depending on where you are in the platform. A property can be connected and visible in your OTTO SEO audits while still not appearing in Report Builder — typically because the property has not been enabled for reporting in Manage Sites.

How to Resolve This Issue

To make a GSC property available in Report Builder, go to Manage Sites and locate the site associated with your GSC property. Check whether the GSC property is enabled for that site within Manage Sites. Enabling it there should make the property appear in the Report Builder selection list.

If you do not see an option to enable the GSC property in Manage Sites, or if the property still does not appear in Report Builder after checking there, please have the following ready before contacting support:

• The exact GSC property URL that is missing from Report Builder (for example, the domain or URL prefix you see in Google Search Console).
• Confirmation that the property does appear in your OTTO SEO audit within Search Atlas.
• Your Search Atlas account email or workspace name.
• Any screenshots showing the property present in your audit but absent from the Report Builder selection list.
