The Digital PR and email outreach tools in Search Atlas are located in the Authority section of the platform — not in OTTO SEO or OTTO SEO. If you have been looking in a different area, navigate to Authority in the left sidebar to find the email outreach and campaign features.

✅ Prerequisites Before Connecting Your Email

Before you can send outreach emails or run campaigns, you must connect and verify an email account. Make sure you have the following ready:

• Access to the email account you want to use for outreach (Gmail, Outlook, or a custom domain address).
• Permissions to authorise third-party app access for that email account.
• A confirmed Search Atlas account with an active subscription that includes the Authority features.

🔗 How to Connect and Verify Your Email Account

1. Log in to your Search Atlas account.
2. In the left sidebar, click Authority.
3. Navigate to the campaign or outreach area within Authority.
4. Look for the option to connect or link an email account and follow the on-screen prompts to authorise Search Atlas to send on your behalf.
5. Complete any verification steps as instructed on screen.
6. Once your email account is confirmed, it will be ready to use for campaigns.

🚀 Starting Your First Outreach Campaign

With your email connected, you are ready to create and send campaigns from the Authority section. From there you can:

• Create a new press release or outreach campaign.
• Add contact lists and personalise your outreach messages.
• Schedule sends and monitor delivery status.
