📋 Overview
When you submit a Press Release or Digital PR campaign through the Authority Building section of Search Atlas, you can track exactly where your content has been published — and see any refund details if a channel was unable to complete distribution.
🔍 How to Check Your Distribution Status
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Navigate to the Authority Building section from the main left-hand menu.
- Select Press Releases or Digital PR, depending on the campaign type you submitted.
- Locate the campaign you want to review and click on it to open the detail view.
- Scroll to the Distribution Status section to see a breakdown of each publication channel.
📡 Understanding Per-Channel Publication Status
Each distribution channel in your campaign will display one of the following statuses:
- Published — Your content was successfully distributed and is live on that channel.
- Pending — Distribution is still in progress for this channel. Allow additional time for it to update.
- Failed — The channel was unable to publish your content. See the refund section below for next steps.
💰 Refunds for Failed Channels
If one or more distribution channels fail to publish your content, Search Atlas will issue a partial refund corresponding to the value of the failed channel(s). You can view the refund amount directly within the campaign's detail view under the Refund Summary section. Refunds are applied back to your Search Atlas account credits automatically — no additional action is required on your part.
