🧭 Overview
Search Atlas has two separate systems for placing and managing link-building orders: Authority Builder and Link Laboratory. These systems operate independently, which means orders placed in one will not appear in the other. If you cannot find your order, it is likely because you are checking the wrong section of the platform.
⚖️ What Is the Difference?
Link Laboratory is the platform's marketplace for browsing and purchasing individual link placements from a curated inventory of publishers. Orders placed here are tracked directly inside the Link Laboratory interface.
Authority Builder is a separate outreach and campaign system designed for managed link-building services, press releases, cloud stacks, and other authority-building activities. Orders and campaigns placed through Authority Builder are tracked within the Authority section of the platform, not in Link Laboratory.
🔍 Where to Find Your Authority Builder Order
If you placed an order through Authority Builder — for example, a press release, campaign, or outreach service — navigate to the Authority section of the platform. From there, look for the area that corresponds to the type of service you ordered. Locate your order using the order ID or campaign name provided at the time of purchase.
🛒 Where to Find Your Link Laboratory Order
If you purchased a link placement directly from the publisher marketplace, your order will appear inside Link Laboratory. Navigate to Link Laboratory within the platform and look for your order by ID or date placed.
❓ How to Identify Which System Your Order Belongs To
Not sure where you placed your order? Use these clues to identify the correct system:
- If your order involved selecting a publisher from a list and purchasing a specific placement, it was placed in Link Laboratory.
- If your order involved a managed service, outreach campaign, press release, or cloud stack, it was placed through Authority Builder and will be visible in the Authority section.
