π¦ How publisher orders work
Orders are not assigned manually by Search Atlas. Buyers choose publisher sites that fit their campaign, budget, niche, and quality standards. A site can be approved and still receive no orders if buyers do not select it.
Low or zero order volume is common for new listings, highly competitive niches, or sites that do not match current buyer demand. There is no guarantee that any website will receive an order.
π Common reasons a site gets no orders
- New or incomplete listing: Buyers may skip sites that lack a clear description, topics, pricing, or publishing guidelines.
- Pricing: Rates that are high for the siteβs niche, traffic, or authority can reduce interest.
- Niche demand: Some topics have fewer active campaigns than others.
- Quality signals: Thin content, unclear ownership, poor user experience, or limited relevance can make a site less attractive.
- Restricted topics: Sites focused on sensitive, misleading, or policy-restricted content may be ineligible for many campaigns.
- Availability: Paused listings, full capacity, or outdated details can prevent new orders.
- Competition: Buyers often compare several similar sites and choose the best fit.
π οΈ How to improve your chances
- Complete every field in your publisher profile, including niche, language, country, and turnaround time.
- Write a clear description of the topics you accept and the topics you decline.
- Review your price against similar sites and adjust it if it is out of range.
- Keep the site active, fast, and relevant, and publish original content regularly.
- Confirm the listing is live and not paused or marked unavailable.
- Respond quickly if a buyer or the platform requests clarification.
π What buyers usually compare
Buyers typically look at topical fit, audience, content quality, price, publishing speed, and whether the site follows campaign rules. Strong metrics alone do not create orders. A relevant, trustworthy site with clear terms is more likely to be selected.
Do not buy fake traffic or manipulate metrics. Misleading quality signals can lead to rejected placements or removal from the marketplace.
π‘ What to do if you still have no orders
Check that each website is submitted, approved, and visible to buyers. Update outdated prices or guidelines, then allow time for new campaigns to review your listing. Approval does not mean orders will start immediately.
If your listing status looks incorrect, or you believe an eligible site is hidden by a technical issue, contact support with the site URL and a short description of what you see.
