📋 Overview
When you submit a press release through Search Atlas, it is distributed across multiple partner channels. Occasionally, a specific channel may fail to publish your release. In these cases, Search Atlas automatically issues a partial refund for any channel that did not successfully pick up your content — no manual request needed.
🔄 How the Automatic Refund Works
Our system monitors the publication status of every press release across all distribution channels. If a channel fails to publish your release, a partial refund corresponding to that channel's cost is calculated and applied automatically. You do not need to submit a support ticket or fill out any form to receive your refund.
💡 Important Things to Know
- Refunds are partial — they apply only to the specific channel(s) that failed, not the entire press release submission.
- Refund amounts vary depending on which channel failed, as each distribution partner carries a different weight in the overall cost.
- Successfully published channels are not refunded, even if other channels in the same submission failed.
