📌 Overview
Search Atlas lets you create and schedule content for connected Facebook and Instagram accounts from the Social workspace. This feature helps you manage social publishing alongside your other marketing activities.
🚀 Open the Social workspace
- Sign in to Search Atlas.
- Open Social from the left sidebar.
- Select All Projects.
- Open an existing project or select Create Project.
🔗 Connect Facebook and Instagram
- Open the project where you want to publish.
- Choose the option to connect or manage social accounts.
- Follow the prompts to sign in to Facebook and approve the requested permissions.
- Select the Facebook Page and Instagram account you want to use.
- Confirm the connection and return to the project.
Instagram publishing generally requires a professional Instagram account connected to the appropriate Facebook Page. If an account does not appear, confirm that you have administrator access and that the accounts are correctly linked in Meta.
✍️ Create and schedule a post
- Open More Features → Social → Calendar.
- Select Schedule New Post.
- Choose the connected Facebook Page, Instagram account, or both.
- Add your caption and upload the required media.
- Choose a date and time, then schedule or submit the post for approval.
You can review planned content in Calendar View. Posts that require review are available under Pending Approvals.
🛠️ Manage scheduled content
- Use Calendar View to review scheduled posts by date.
- Open a post to edit, reschedule, or remove it when available.
- Use All Projects to switch projects or search for a project by name.
- Select Explore Training Calls from All Projects for additional product guidance.
⚠️ Troubleshooting
- Account missing: Reconnect Facebook and confirm your Page and Instagram account are linked in Meta.
- Publishing failed: Check that the account connection is still active, the media meets the platform requirements, and the post is not restricted by Facebook or Instagram.
- Post needs review: Open Pending Approvals and complete the approval process before the scheduled time.
- Wrong project: Return to Social → All Projects and open the project containing the connected accounts.
