The approval workflow allows you to control which posts are published to your social media accounts. Depending on your project settings, posts may require approval before being published.
All posts that require review are collected in the Pending Approvals section, where you can quickly approve, decline, or manage them.
🔎 Step-by-Step Instructions
🔔 Step 1: Access Pending Approvals
Navigate to:
Left Sidebar → Social → Pending Approvals
📋 Step 2: Review Pending Posts
You will see a list of posts with the following information:
- Project
- Content
- Channels (Facebook, Instagram, X)
- Actions
✅ Step 3: Approve a Post
Click:
Approve
The system will confirm:
“Post approved successfully”
The post will then proceed to publishing or scheduling based on its configuration.
❌ Step 4: Decline a Post
Click:
Decline
The system will confirm:
“Post declined successfully”
The post will not be published.
🗂️ Step 5: Manage Posts from Project View (Optional)
You can also approve or decline posts directly from inside a project:
Left Sidebar → Social → Pending Approvals
Then:

Pending Posts/Drafts

Click Approve

Click Decline

Use ⋮ (More options) to:
- Edit
- Delete
📌 How Approval Settings Affect This Workflow
Approval behavior depends on your project configuration:
- Post automatically (no approval required) → Posts are published without appearing in Pending Approvals
- Approve before posting → All posts must be approved before publishing
- Approve before posting (only if contains AI Generated images) → Only posts with AI-generated images require approval
📌 What Happens After Approval

- Are published immediately or scheduled based on setup
