🔍 Overview
Two issues can affect your Social Media Scheduler: posts publishing to the wrong connected account (such as a personal profile instead of a business page), and scheduled posts going live without approval even when an approval setting is enabled. This article explains what to have ready when reaching out to our team so we can resolve these issues for you as quickly as possible.
⚠️ What Is Happening
These are known bugs that require backend investigation by our support team:
- Wrong account posting: The scheduler publishes content to an unintended connected account rather than the one you selected.
- Approval bypass: Scheduled posts go live without going through the expected approval flow, even when an approval requirement is configured.
Because both issues involve how accounts and approval settings are processed on the backend, they cannot be resolved through UI changes alone.
📋 What to Have Ready When You Escalate
To help our team investigate quickly, please gather the following before contacting support:
- The name of the project or workspace where the issue occurred.
- The social account the post was sent to (the wrong one) and the account it should have gone to.
- The exact date and time the post was published.
- Whether you have an approval requirement configured, and if so, at what level.
- Any error messages or unexpected notifications you received.
- Screenshots of the affected post and the account configuration, if available.
Having these details ready will allow our team to identify the root cause and apply the correct backend fix without delay.
