White Label Agency is a premium feature set that lets you brand the Search Atlas platform with your own logo, colors, and domain before sharing it with clients. Because of its advanced nature, White Label Agency access is not available as a standalone free trial and requires a qualifying subscription to activate.
📋 Who Can Access White Label Agency?
White Label Agency features are available exclusively to users on a PRO plan or higher. This applies regardless of how long you have been a Search Atlas customer or which paid plan you currently hold.
- Free plan users: No access to White Label Agency.
- Starter or Basic paid plan users: No access to White Label Agency.
- PRO plan users: Full access to White Label Agency features.
- Agency plan users: Full access to White Label Agency features.
❌ Is There a 7-Day Free Trial for White Label Agency?
No. There is no 7-day free trial for White Label Agency features on any existing paid plan. White Label Agency access is unlocked only when your account is actively subscribed to a PRO or higher plan. Upgrading your subscription is the only way to enable these features.
If you are currently on a Starter or Basic plan and attempt to access White Label settings, the platform will prompt you to upgrade rather than offer a trial period.
⬆️ How to Upgrade to PRO and Enable White Label Agency
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Click your account name or avatar in the top-right corner of the platform.
- Select Billing & Subscription from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the PRO plan (or higher) and follow the on-screen checkout steps.
- Once your upgrade is confirmed, navigate to Settings → Agency Settings in the left sidebar to begin configuring your white label options.
🏷️ What Is Included in White Label Agency?
After upgrading to PRO or higher, you can customise the following white label elements:
- Custom logo: Replace the Search Atlas logo with your agency's branding.
- Custom color scheme: Match the platform's color palette to your brand guidelines.
- Custom domain: Share a branded platform URL with your clients instead of the default Search Atlas URL.
- Client-facing reports: Generate and share fully branded reports directly from Reports in the left sidebar (URL:
/report-builder/projects-list).
💡 Tips Before You Upgrade
- Review the PRO plan feature list on the Pricing page to confirm it meets all your agency needs before purchasing.
- If you manage multiple clients, consider whether the Agency plan offers better seat and project limits for your workflow.
- Upgrading takes effect immediately — your White Label Agency settings will be available as soon as payment is confirmed.
