🏷️ How to Verify White-Label Plan Discounts

Last updated on Oct 29, 2026

🏷️ What this article covers

Some customers are told during onboarding that a white-label plan includes an extra discount, such as 20% off for a set number of websites. A verbal note is not enough to confirm pricing. The discount must appear on your Search Atlas account before it is billed.

✅ How white-label discounts work

White-label plans let you present Search Atlas tools under your own brand. Promotional pricing, including an additional percentage off, is account-specific. It is not automatically added to every white-label plan or to every website count.

  • Quoted discount: A percentage or price mentioned during onboarding, such as an extra 20%.
  • Active discount: The reduced price shown on your subscription, checkout, or invoice.
  • Website count: The number of sites included in the plan you selected, such as six websites.

If the lower price is not visible in billing, the discount has not been applied yet. Do not assume it will be added on a later invoice.

🔍 Check your current pricing

  1. Sign in to Search Atlas and open the account or billing area.
  2. Find your current plan and confirm that it is a white-label plan.
  3. Check the included website count and compare it with the number you were quoted.
  4. Review the recurring price, any percentage off, and the next invoice amount.
  5. Open a recent invoice if you have already been charged and compare it with the quoted price.

The price shown in your account is the price that will be charged. A screenshot or note from onboarding can help our team review the quote, but it does not change billing by itself.

🛠️ What to share if the discount is missing

If you expected an extra 20% off a white-label plan for six websites and do not see it, gather these details before contacting support:

  • The plan name you selected.
  • The number of websites included in the quote.
  • The discount you were told, such as an additional 20%.
  • Who shared the quote and the approximate date of onboarding.
  • The price currently shown in billing and any invoice total that looks incorrect.

Our team can then compare the quote with the offer available for your account. If the discount is valid, it must be applied to the subscription so future invoices reflect it. If it is not available, you will be told the current white-label price before you commit.

💡 Avoid billing surprises

  • Confirm the discounted total before you upgrade, add websites, or start a new billing cycle.
  • Check that the website allowance matches your quote.
  • Save the onboarding message or screenshot that states the discount.
  • Review the next invoice date after any pricing change.
