If you've configured a custom name for OTTO SEO in your white-label settings — for example, Harvey or Evo — you may notice that some reports still display OTTO SEO instead of your chosen name. This is a known issue that affects white-labeled reports.
⚙️ Why This Occurs
When you set a white-label product name in your settings, most of the platform updates to reflect your custom branding. However, certain areas of the Report Builder contain hardcoded references to OTTO SEO that are not yet fully connected to your white-label configuration. Our development team is actively working to ensure every reference across the platform respects your white-label name.
📋 Known Affected Areas
Reports generated through the Report Builder may currently display the default name instead of your custom one. If you encounter this issue, please note the specific report sections affected so our team can investigate further.

Our engineering team is aware of this issue and is actively working on a fix. Additional fixes targeting the Report Builder are currently in development and will be released as they become available.
🛠️ What You Can Do Now
While the permanent fix is being completed, follow these steps to minimize the impact on your client deliverables:
- Verify your white-label name is saved correctly. Check your white-label settings and confirm your custom product name is entered and saved properly. Even if some reports don't reflect it yet, this ensures the name propagates once fixes are released.
- Regenerate your reports. After confirming your settings, generate a fresh report from the Report Builder. Some sections may already reflect your white-label name correctly.
- Review reports before client delivery. Always preview your report and use the find feature to search for any remaining references to OTTO before sending.
