Some agency users on Search Atlas experience a recurring issue where their white-label report URL redirects visitors to the Search Atlas register page instead of staying on the custom agency domain. When a white-label report link is shared with a client, the link should open inside your branded agency domain — not redirect to a generic Search Atlas registration page. This redirect bug has been reported on a recurring monthly basis and is resolved through a backend action by the Search Atlas team. It is not something customers can fix on their own through account settings.

This redirect issue has been reported on a recurring basis. It is caused by a platform-side bug that affects white-label URL routing for certain agency accounts. The engineering team is aware of this pattern and is working on a permanent fix. When it occurs, the resolution requires action from our support or engineering team on the backend.
