Overview
The Search Atlas WordPress plugin can be installed on your clients' websites and configured with your own agency branding. Because the exact navigation paths and field labels for white-label configuration vary by plan and account type, this article explains what to prepare and what to have ready so our support team can walk you through your specific setup quickly.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following ready before starting:
- Admin access to the WordPress site where you want to install the plugin
- An active Search Atlas account with white-label features enabled on your plan
- Your white-label brand name and logo assets prepared in advance
Step 1: Install the Plugin on WordPress
To install the Search Atlas WordPress plugin on your client's site:
- Log in to the WordPress admin dashboard for your client's site.
- Navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Upload the plugin ZIP file provided by the Search Atlas team, then click Install Now and Activate.
Step 2: Connect the Plugin and Configure White-Label Branding
Once the plugin is activated, it will need to be linked to your Search Atlas account and configured with your agency branding. The specific steps — including where to locate your connection credentials, where to enter them in the plugin, and where to upload your logo and brand name — depend on your plan and account configuration and are not the same for every user.

- Your Search Atlas account email or username
- The WordPress site URL where the plugin is installed
- Your current plan or subscription type
- Any error messages you see during the connection or configuration attempt
- Your white-label brand name and logo file
Step 3: Verify the Setup
After completing your configuration, confirm that:
- The Search Atlas plugin is active and connected on your client's WordPress site with no error messages
- Your agency branding appears correctly in the plugin interface visible to your clients
- Your client's site data is flowing into your Search Atlas account as expected
