- Access your White-Label settings: Open your account and navigate to the Header apps-grid icon → More Features → Agency Hub (Set up your Agency's White Label). This is where your portal configuration, branding, and sharing options are managed.
- Confirm your portal is published: Before sharing, verify that your white-label portal is active and published within the Whitelabel settings. If it is not yet published, complete the required branding fields and save your configuration.
- Locate your shareable link: Once your portal is live, a unique URL or shareable link will be generated for your white-label landing page. Copy this link directly from the Whitelabel settings area.
- Configure pricing display (optional): If you want to show service pricing to clients on the landing page, look for the pricing or plan display options within the Whitelabel settings section. Enable pricing display if available and enter the pricing details you want clients to see before you share the link.
- Share the link with your clients: Send the copied portal URL to your clients via a client onboarding document or any communication channel you use. Clients do not need a Search Atlas account to view the white-label landing page.

- Open the copied link in a private or incognito browser window. You should see your branded white-label landing page — not the default Search Atlas interface.
- Verify that your logo, brand colors, and any custom text appear correctly.
- If you enabled pricing, confirm that the pricing section is visible and displays the correct figures.
- If the page does not load, or your branding is missing, return to the Whitelabel settings to check that the portal is published and all required fields have been saved.
