🏢 Agency Hub Tabs Visibility by Account Type

Overview of Agency Hub Tabs The Agency Hub contains multiple tabs, each giving you access to a different set of agency tools and resources. How many tabs you see depends on your account type. This is expected behavior, not a bug. Notably, the Affiliate Link tab and the Join SEOTheory Community tab are only visible on certain account types. If you do not see these tabs, your account configuration may not include them. Why the Affiliate Link and Join SEOTheory Community Tabs May Be Missing These tabs are not available on all account types. Specifically: - White-label accounts typically do not have access to the Affiliate Link tab or the Join SEOTheory Community tab, because these features are tied to standard agency account configurations. - Standard agency accounts are more likely to see both tabs in their Agency Hub by default. If you are on a white-label plan and do not see these tabs, this is expected based on your account configuration — not a technical error. Steps to Check Your Account Type 1. Log in to Search Atlas and navigate to your Agency Hub. 2. Review which tabs are visible. If Affiliate Link and Join SEOTheory Community are absent, this is a strong indicator your account is configured as a white-label account. 3. Check your original account sign-up details or any onboarding emails to confirm whether you signed up under a white-label or standard agency plan. What to Do If You Believe Your Account Should Have Access If you signed up under a standard agency plan and still do not see these tabs, or if you would like to request access to the Affiliate Link or Join SEOTheory Community features, escalate to the Support team. When you reach out, please have the following ready: - Your account email address - The account type you believe you are on (standard agency or white-label) - A description of which tabs are missing from your Agency Hub If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.

🏢 Access Agency Hub and Set Up Lead Capture

What Is Agency Hub? Agency Hub is your central workspace for managing clients, white-label settings, and lead generation tools. It includes a lead capture widget you can use to collect prospective client information directly into Search Atlas. How to Find Agency Hub in Your Menu 1. Log in to your Search Atlas account. 2. Click the apps-grid icon in the header. 3. Select More Features. 4. Click Agency Hub to open the section and reveal its sub-pages. If you do not see Agency Hub under More Features, your account may not have agency features enabled. Reach out to our team (see below) to verify your plan and enable access. Setting Up the White-Label Lead Capture Widget The lead capture widget lets you deploy a branded form or link so prospects can request SEO reports or audits. Because the exact configuration steps and available options depend on your account type and current platform version, we recommend the following approach: 1. From the header, click the apps-grid icon, choose More Features, then click Agency Hub. 2. Navigate to the Lead Capture section within Agency Hub. 3. Follow the on-screen prompts to create or configure your widget, including any branding, redirect, and field options presented to you. 4. Once your widget is saved, the page will provide a shareable link and/or embed code you can deploy on your website. If you do not see the Lead Capture section, or if the configuration options are not behaving as expected, please reach out to our team with the following information ready: your account email, your agency plan name, and a description of what you are trying to configure or any error message you see. Deploying Your Lead Capture Widget After saving your widget, you will typically have options to share it via a direct link or by embedding it on your website using a provided code snippet. Copy the relevant option from the Lead Capture page and add it to your website navigation, email signature, or any page where you want to collect leads. Captured lead data will feed into your Agency Hub dashboard so you can track and follow up with prospects. If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.

🏢 Access Agency Settings and Site Analysis Widget

🔍 Overview If you are an agency user on Search Atlas, you have access to a dedicated Agency Settings area that is separate from the standard account settings. This is where you will find tools built specifically for agencies, including the Site Analysis Lead Capture Widget. This article explains exactly where to find both. 🗺️ Where Is Agency Settings Located? Agency Settings is not found inside the main left sidebar navigation alongside tools like OTTO SEO or Site Metrics. Instead, it is accessed through your account menu. Follow these steps: 1. Log in to your Search Atlas account. 2. Locate the account menu in your dashboard. 3. Open the account menu and select Agency Settings from the available options. If you do not see Agency Settings in your account menu, your account may not have an active agency plan. Agency Settings is only visible to users on an agency-tier subscription. 📋 What Is the Site Analysis Lead Capture Widget? The Site Analysis Lead Capture Widget is an embeddable tool you can add to your agency website. It allows your prospects to enter their domain and receive an instant site analysis report — capturing their contact details as leads for your agency in the process. This widget is managed from within More Features → Agency Hub (Agency Settings). 🧭 How to Find the Site Analysis Lead Capture Widget 1. Navigate to More Features → Agency Hub (Agency Settings) using the steps in the section above. 2. Inside Agency Hub (Agency Settings), locate the Site Analysis Lead Capture Widget section. 3. Click on Site Analysis Lead Capture Widget to open its configuration options. ⚠️ Common Reasons You Cannot Find Agency Settings - Wrong account type: Agency Settings only appears for accounts on an agency-tier plan. Standard or individual plans do not include this menu item. - Looking in the wrong place: Agency Settings is accessed through the account menu, not the left sidebar. - Insufficient permissions: If you are a sub-user or team member added to an agency account, your admin may not have granted you access to Agency Settings. Contact your account administrator to request the necessary permissions. If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
