When Brand Vault Completion Status Is Unclear
If you have been working on your Brand Vault but the status does not appear to reflect your progress — for example, sections look empty or you are unsure whether your information has been saved — this is a known point of confusion that our team can help clarify.
Because the exact fields required for completion and how saving works may not be immediately obvious, we recommend reaching out to our team rather than attempting further edits that could overwrite your existing entries.
What to Have Ready Before Reaching Out
