Overview of Agency Hub Tabs
The Agency Hub contains multiple tabs, each giving you access to a different set of agency tools and resources. How many tabs you see depends on your account type. This is expected behavior, not a bug.
Notably, the Affiliate Link tab and the Join SEOTheory Community tab are only visible on certain account types. If you do not see these tabs, your account configuration may not include them.
Why the Affiliate Link and Join SEOTheory Community Tabs May Be Missing
These tabs are not available on all account types. Specifically:
- White-label accounts typically do not have access to the Affiliate Link tab or the Join SEOTheory Community tab, because these features are tied to standard agency account configurations.
- Standard agency accounts are more likely to see both tabs in their Agency Hub by default.
If you are on a white-label plan and do not see these tabs, this is expected based on your account configuration — not a technical error.
Steps to Check Your Account Type
- Log in to Search Atlas and navigate to your Agency Hub.
- Review which tabs are visible. If Affiliate Link and Join SEOTheory Community are absent, this is a strong indicator your account is configured as a white-label account.
- Check your original account sign-up details or any onboarding emails to confirm whether you signed up under a white-label or standard agency plan.
What to Do If You Believe Your Account Should Have Access
If you signed up under a standard agency plan and still do not see these tabs, or if you would like to request access to the Affiliate Link or Join SEOTheory Community features, escalate to the Support team. When you reach out, please have the following ready:
- Your account email address
- The account type you believe you are on (standard agency or white-label)
- A description of which tabs are missing from your Agency Hub
