Following a recent interface redesign aligned with the launch of OTTO V3, the Agency Whitelabel button has moved to a new location. If you hold an Agency Whitelabel account and cannot find the tab, this article will show you exactly where to look and explain why the change was made.
📍 New Location: More Features → Agency Hub
The Agency Whitelabel button is no longer found in the left-hand sidebar. It has been relocated under the More Features menu of the platform. To access it:
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Click More Features in the navigation.
- Select Agency Hub (Agency Hub / Set up your Agency's White Label).
If you do not see the Agency Whitelabel tab, first confirm that your account is on an Agency Whitelabel plan. Only accounts with an active Agency Whitelabel subscription will see this tab. If you believe your plan should include it, contact our team using the instructions at the bottom of this article.
🔄 Why Was the Button Moved?
This change was made as part of a broader interface redesign to align the platform with OTTO V3, our updated SEO automation engine. The redesign consolidates key account-level controls — including Agency Whitelabel settings — into the top navigation bar, making them easier to access from any page inside the platform without needing to navigate through the sidebar first. This layout also creates a cleaner separation between account management features at the top and tool-specific features in the sidebar.

Before the redesign: The Agency Whitelabel tab appeared as an item in the left-hand sidebar, typically listed under account or settings-related navigation links.
After the redesign: The Agency Whitelabel option now appears under More Features → Agency Hub (Set up your Agency's White Label), accessible once you are logged in to an eligible account.
If your screen looks different from the description above, try clearing your browser cache or performing a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows, Cmd + Shift + R on Mac) to make sure you are loading the latest version of the platform interface.
✅ Confirming Your Agency Whitelabel Access
Before searching for the tab, verify the following:
- Your account is subscribed to an Agency Whitelabel plan. The tab is only visible to eligible accounts.
- You are logged in as the account owner or an admin user. Sub-users with restricted permissions may not see the tab.
- Your browser is up to date and you are not using a cached version of the interface. A hard refresh usually resolves display issues.
