Search Atlas trial periods are designed to give you enough time to explore the platform's full capabilities before committing to a paid plan. In some cases, extensions may be granted automatically. In other situations, you can request a manual extension by contacting our team directly.

Trial extensions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our team considers the following factors when evaluating a request:
- Automatic extensions: These are occasionally applied in certain circumstances and do not require any action from you.
- Manual extension requests: If you did not receive an automatic extension and need more time, you can submit a request by reaching out to our support team.
- Timing: Requests submitted before your trial expires are more likely to be approved. We recommend reaching out as early as possible.
- Account activity: Our team may review how actively you have explored the platform to help assess your request.
📝 How to Request a Trial Extension
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Contact our support team to explain that you would like to request a trial extension.
- Include the reason for your request (for example, you were unable to fully explore the platform during your trial window).
- Our team will review your request and respond with a decision.
✅ What Happens After Your Request Is Reviewed
Once our team reviews your extension request, one of the following outcomes will apply:
- Approved: Your trial end date will be updated. You will be able to continue using the platform under your existing trial plan for the approved additional period.
- Not approved: Our team will explain why the extension was not granted and may suggest alternative options, such as upgrading to a paid plan or starting a new subscription.
