Our 12 Days of Christmas promotional event is one of the biggest sales of the year. Each day during the event, we reveal a new offer, product feature, or exclusive deal — making it a must-watch period for both new and existing customers.

- Who is eligible: Both new sign-ups and existing subscribers can take advantage of the daily deals. Specific eligibility details are announced with each day's offer.

If the 12 Days of Christmas event is currently active, log in to your Search Atlas account — promotional banners and deal details will be visible directly inside the platform.
🛍️ Black Friday and Cyber Week
Search Atlas evaluates Black Friday and Cyber Week promotional opportunities on a year-by-year basis. We do not always run a traditional Black Friday sale in the same format every year — in some years, our major end-of-year savings are consolidated into the 12 Days of Christmas event instead.
- If a standalone Black Friday or Cyber Week deal is available, it will be announced via email to all registered customers and displayed inside the platform.
- If you do not see a Black Friday promotion in your account, it is likely that our end-of-year offer window begins with the 12 Days of Christmas event in December.
- We recommend checking your inbox in late November and early December for the latest announcements.
💛 Loyalty Discounts for Existing Customers
Search Atlas values long-term customers. While we do not operate a formal points-based loyalty programme, existing subscribers benefit from promotional access in the following ways:
- Seasonal promotions: Existing customers are eligible to apply seasonal deal pricing when upgrading, adding seats, or switching plans during active promotional windows.
- Annual plan discounts: Customers who switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan receive a reduced per-month rate. This discount is available at any time, not just during sales events.
- Exclusive subscriber communications: As a registered customer, you receive early or direct notification of upcoming deals before they are publicly advertised.

All active promotions are surfaced inside the Search Atlas platform when you are logged in. If you see a banner or notification in your dashboard, it reflects a deal that is currently available to your account.
✅ How to Redeem a Promotion
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Click your Avatar (top-right) → Billing, then use the Redeem Promo Code option (on the Billing page, the Plans & Top-ups tab has a Change Plan button).
- Any eligible promotional pricing will be displayed automatically on the plan selection screen.
- If you have a specific promo code, enter it via Avatar (top-right) → Billing → Redeem Promo Code before confirming your purchase.
Promotional pricing cannot typically be applied retroactively to completed billing cycles. If you have questions about a charge already processed, contact us as soon as possible.
