📋 Eligibility for Medical Trial Extensions
If an unexpected medical situation such as surgery prevents you from evaluating Search Atlas during your trial period, you may qualify for a short extension. Extensions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our Billing and Accounts team.
📨 How to Request an Extension
- Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
- Type human teammate to connect with a support agent.
- Explain that you were unable to complete your trial due to surgery or medical leave.
- Provide the dates you were sidelined and request a trial extension.
⏱️ Typical Extension Duration
Based on past cases, the Billing and Accounts team typically grants a 1-week extension to allow you to finish your evaluation. The exact duration is determined during review.
✅ After Approval
Once approved, your trial end date will be updated automatically. You will receive a confirmation message from the support agent. No further action is needed on your part.
