🔍 Overview

The Search Atlas PRO plan includes a set number of user seats by default. Some PRO plan accounts — including active subscriptions and PRO trials — have reported seeing fewer user seats than expected. This article explains what is happening and what to have ready when reaching out to our team for a correction.

⚠️ What Caused the Mismatch

A mismatch in the seat quota assigned to certain PRO plan accounts has been reported, resulting in fewer user seats appearing than the plan entitles. This is a backend account configuration issue that our support team can review and correct directly on your account.

🛠️ What to Do If Your Seat Count Looks Wrong

  • Your account email address
  • The current seat count as displayed on your account
  • Whether your account is on a paid PRO subscription or a PRO trial
  • The date you first noticed the discrepancy
