Each press release order uses HDC credits during checkout and fulfillment. Your transaction record may include the order, date, credit amount, and any applicable charges, such as the 10-credit editorial review charge.
🔍 How to find your order details
- Open the Search Atlas platform.
- Go to the Press Releases or Authority Marketplace area.
- Open your order history and select the relevant press release.
- Review the order details, fulfillment status, and HDC credit activity shown for that order.
🧾 Request official proof of purchase
Exportable, order-level HDC credit receipts and transaction history are being improved. If a downloadable receipt is not available for your order, request an official order record through in-platform support.
Include the press release title or URL, approximate order date, and any other details that help identify the transaction. This information can be used for your internal marketing expense tracking.

- Refunds or credit adjustments may appear separately from the original order.
