💳 Understanding your AI Gateway credits
AI Gateway credits cover eligible AI-powered actions in Search Atlas. Your allowance may be displayed as a time-based balance, such as five hours, rather than as a dollar amount.
To check your available balance and usage, open the AI Gateway usage or credits area in the platform, if it is enabled for your account. The page shows the allowance and activity recorded against it. Credit availability and dashboard access can vary during feature rollouts, so the balance may not appear for every account yet.
📤 Data Aggregator submission credits
Data Aggregator submissions can use AI Gateway capacity while they are being prepared or processed. A submission may continue to count toward usage after you start it, depending on its processing stage.
⏹️ Can you cancel a submission?
If a Cancel action appears beside the submission while it is processing, select it and confirm the cancellation. The submission will stop if cancellation is still available.
If no cancellation action appears, the submission has reached a stage where it cannot be reverted from the interface. Refresh the submission list and review its status before starting another submission. Do not resubmit unless the original submission has failed or been cancelled.
🔎 If your balance looks incorrect
- Open the AI Gateway usage or credits area and note your allowance, usage, and remaining balance.
- Check the Data Aggregator submission status and whether it is still processing, completed, or failed.
- Allow processing and usage records time to update before comparing the balance again.
- Keep the submission details available if the balance does not match the work completed.
