This article covers two common setup tasks in Search Atlas: uploading image assets to your Brand Vault and connecting IndexNow to submit URLs to Bing. Both steps help strengthen your brand presence and improve how quickly your content is discovered by search engines.
How to Upload Image Assets to Brand Vault
Brand Vault is your central hub for storing and managing brand-related assets, including logos, images, and other visual content. Uploading your image assets ensures Search Atlas can use them across reports, content, and brand monitoring features.
To upload image assets to Brand Vault:
- Log in to your Search Atlas account and navigate to Brand Vault via the apps-grid icon in the header → More Features → Brand Vault.
- Inside Brand Vault, look for the image or asset upload area within the dashboard.
- Use the upload option (or drag and drop your file) to select your image file(s) from your device.
- Once the upload completes, your images will appear in the Brand Vault library and will be available across Search Atlas tools that reference brand data.

Tip: Keep your brand images organised and up to date in Brand Vault to ensure consistency across all Search Atlas tools that pull brand data.
How to Connect IndexNow for Bing
IndexNow is a protocol that lets you instantly notify search engines like Bing when your content is published or updated. Connecting it through Search Atlas removes the wait for Bing to crawl your site organically.
To set up IndexNow:
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Navigate to Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Within Settings, look for the IndexNow or integrations area.
- Follow the on-screen steps to connect IndexNow, entering your website domain when prompted.
Before you start: Have your website domain ready, as you will need to enter it during the connection process.

What Happens After Setup
After completing both steps, your Search Atlas account will be connected to Bing for URL submission via the IndexNow protocol, and your Brand Vault will contain the image assets needed to power your brand features across the platform.
