Launchpad is accessed through the Ads section inside Search Atlas. Some older help articles may refer to this area as MetaGhost or place it under Smart Ads — those references are outdated. This article gives you the correct, verified navigation path so you can find Launchpad without confusion.
📍 Where to Find Launchpad
Follow these steps to open Launchpad in Search Atlas:
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- In the left sidebar, locate and click Ads, then select Meta Ads → Launchpad (Meta Ads Launchpad, Creative Drive & Analytics).
If you do not see Ads in your sidebar, check that your account has the correct plan or permissions enabled. Some features are plan-dependent.
⚠️ A Note on Outdated Article Names
You may come across older Search Atlas help articles titled Getting Started with MetaGhost (Meta Ads) or MetaGhost — Frequently Asked Questions. These articles previously used the name MetaGhost and directed users to a section called Smart Ads. Both names have since been updated in the platform.
- The correct UI label is now Meta Hub — not MetaGhost.
- The correct sidebar section is Meta Hub — not Smart Ads.
- Any navigation instructions referencing MetaGhost or Smart Ads should be disregarded in favour of the steps above.
🛠️ Troubleshooting
If you followed the steps above and still cannot locate Meta Hub or Launchpad, consider the following:
- Check your sidebar: Make sure you are scrolling through the full left sidebar, as some sections appear lower in the list.
- Confirm your plan: Meta Hub features may only be available on certain subscription tiers. Review your plan details under account settings.
- Clear your cache: If the sidebar looks different from what is described here, try a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac) or clear your browser cache and log back in.
