This article explains how to reach Playbooks from the Home dashboard. Several customers have had trouble locating Playbooks, often looking in the wrong area of the platform. If you are having trouble finding Playbooks, the steps below reflect what our support team has confirmed helps resolve this navigation confusion.
🛠️ What To Do
To locate Playbooks, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Home in the Search Atlas platform.
- On the Home dashboard, look for Browse all playbooks or the Recommended Playbooks section.
- Click to open the Playbooks view.
If you do not see Playbooks listed on the Home dashboard, it is possible that the feature needs to be enabled for your account or that your current plan does not include it.
✅ What to Expect
Once you have reached the correct Playbooks location, you should see either a list of your saved Playbooks with their names and statuses, or a prompt to create your first Playbook. If you are seeing unrelated options or an empty view, let our support team know — they can verify whether Playbooks are enabled for your account and point you to the right location.
