๐ What this error means
If Atlas Agent shows a message that a page does not exist while you are using Search Atlas, you are likely on a route the dashboard does not serve. Go back to a real page, such as Home, and open Atlas Agent again. A hard refresh may help if the dashboard failed to load a new version, but clearing the cache is not the established fix.
๐งน Clear your browser cache
- Save any work currently open in Search Atlas.
- Open your browser settings and find the option to clear browsing data.
- Select Cached images and files. You can select all time if a date range is required.
- Clear the cached data, then close and reopen your browser.
- Sign in to Search Atlas and run Atlas Agent again.
๐ Try a quick refresh first
Before clearing cached data, try a hard refresh. On Windows, press Ctrl + Shift + R. On Mac, press Command + Shift + R. Then open Atlas Agent again from the Search Atlas dashboard.
โ If the error continues
- Confirm you are using the latest version of your browser.
- Try opening Search Atlas in a private or incognito window.
- Sign out of Search Atlas, close the browser, and sign in again.
- After refreshing the page, open Atlas Agent again and resend your request.
