🏠 What Are Hub and Playbook?
Search Atlas has two main interface views you will work with regularly:
- Home — your home page dashboard (accessed via the left sidebar → Home; page title: "Hi, CSM. What will we get done today?"), where you can access your tools and key metrics.
- Playbook — a guided workflow view that walks you through SEO tasks step by step.
It is possible to move between these two views at any time. If you are having trouble locating the navigation controls to switch between them, the steps below describe the general approach — and our support team can walk you through the exact steps for your current interface.
🔙 How to Return to the Home Page (Home)
If you are inside a tool, a report, or the Playbook view and want to return to the home page, go to the left sidebar → Home (page title: "Hi, CSM. What will we get done today?"). The exact label and placement may vary depending on your interface version.
Navigating back to Home does not delete your work or reset your Playbook progress.
🔄 How to Switch Between Hub and Playbook
To move between the two views, look for Hub and Playbook navigation options within the platform's main navigation area. Clicking the appropriate option will take you to that view, and your previously saved Playbook progress will load automatically so you can continue where you left off.
💡 Troubleshooting Navigation Issues
If you are having difficulty locating navigation controls to switch between Home and Playbook, try the following:
- Refresh the page and look for Home or Playbook labels in the left sidebar.
- Clear your browser cache and reload the platform if navigation controls appear missing or unresponsive.
- Check whether you are logged in to the correct account, as navigation options may differ by plan or role.
If you still cannot locate the controls, please have the following ready when you contact support:
- The name of the view or tool you are currently inside when navigation fails.
- A screenshot or description of what you see on screen.
- Your browser name and version.
- Any error messages displayed.
