Blog posts and social posts are managed in two separate areas of Search Atlas. If you are looking for your scheduled blog posts, you need Content Genius — not the Social calendar. This article walks you through exactly how to find and review your scheduled blog content.

It is easy to land in the wrong section. Here is a quick reference before you navigate:

• Blog posts (articles, long-form content) → managed in Content Genius
• Social posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn updates) → managed in the Social calendar

If you were previously directed to the Social calendar when asking about blog posts, that was the wrong location. Follow the steps below to reach the correct area.

🔍 How to Find Your Scheduled Blog Posts

1. Log in to your Search Atlas account.
2. In the left sidebar, click Content Genius.
3. Inside Content Genius, look for the Content Calendar or Publishing Schedule tab at the top of the page.
4. Your scheduled blog posts will appear here, listed by their scheduled publish date.
5. Click any post title to open the full article, review its details, or make edits before it publishes.

📋 What You Can See in the Blog Publishing Calendar

Once you are in the Content Genius publishing calendar, you have access to the following information for each scheduled post:

• Post title — the working title of your blog article
• Scheduled date and time — when the post is set to publish
• Status — for example, Draft, Scheduled, or Published
• Assigned project or campaign — the content project the post belongs to
• Target URL or connected site — the destination where the post will be published

✏️ How to Edit or Reschedule a Blog Post

1. From the Content Genius publishing calendar, click the post you want to update.
2. To change the scheduled date, locate the Publish Date field and select a new date and time.
3. To edit the content, click into the article body and make your changes directly.
4. When finished, click Save or Update Schedule to confirm your changes.

If you searched for help on "scheduled posts" and were directed to the Social calendar, here is how to tell you are in the wrong place:

• The Social calendar shows short-form updates linked to social media platforms.
• There is no article body or long-form editor visible.

If you see any of the above, navigate back to Content Genius using the left sidebar to find your blog posts.

• Use the calendar view to spot gaps in your publishing cadence and fill them in advance.
• Filter by status to quickly isolate posts that are still in Draft versus fully Scheduled.
