Search Atlas Academy is not hosted at a standalone subdomain like academy.searchatlas.com. If you followed a link to that address — or to a help article pointing there — it will not work. Academy training content is currently available at two locations, depending on the type of content you are looking for.
📍 Where to Find Academy Content
There are two active locations for Search Atlas Academy training materials:
- Community and core training:community.searchatlas.com — This is the Search Atlas Circle community, where you can access courses, lessons, discussions, and community resources.
- Agentic Mastery training:agentic-mastery.labs.searchatlas.com — This dedicated space hosts advanced agentic workflow training and Labs content.
Bookmark both addresses so you can return to them quickly without searching each time.
🖥️ Accessing Academy From Your Dashboard
Academy is not a separate section inside the main Search Atlas platform dashboard. To access training content, navigate directly to one of the two URLs listed above using your browser. You do not need to locate an Academy menu item in the left sidebar — it is an external resource linked from the platform rather than an embedded page.
Always use the verified URLs above rather than older links shared in emails or help articles.
⚠️ Why Older Links May Not Work
Search Atlas has migrated Academy content from previous hosting locations to the current community and Labs platforms. Links referencing academy.searchatlas.com or older help articles are outdated and will no longer load correctly. This affects:
- Links shared in older email campaigns or onboarding sequences
- Bookmarks saved before the migration
- Help article references that have not yet been updated
If a link you received is broken, use the verified URLs in the section above to reach the correct destination.
🔑 Logging In to the Community
To access content at community.searchatlas.com, you will need a Circle community account. Follow these steps:
- Go to community.searchatlas.com in your browser.
- Click Log In or Sign Up on the landing page.
- Use the email address associated with your Search Atlas account when registering or signing in.
- Once logged in, browse the available courses and community spaces from the left-hand navigation inside Circle.
For agentic-mastery.labs.searchatlas.com, a Circle community account is also required.
