🌐 Choosing a Language & Page Type

Set the language your article is written in and the kind of page you're creating β€” both shape how Content Genius structures and writes your content. Before you generate, pick a language and a page type in the composer. The language controls what your article is written in; the page type controls its structure, depth, and how it's marked up for search engines. 🧭 Where to set them Both options live in the composer on the Content Genius home, alongside the Brand Vault and length pickers. Navigation: Left sidebar β†’ Content β†’ Content Genius β†’ composer 🌐 Supported languages Content Genius writes and optimizes articles end-to-end in the following languages. Choose the one that matches your audience β€” including the regional variant, which affects spelling and phrasing. | Language | Regions | | --- | --- | | English | United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada | | Spanish | Spain, Mexico | | Portuguese | Portugal, Brazil | | French | France | | German | Germany | | Italian | Italy | | Dutch | Netherlands | Pick from the supported list. Choosing a language or region outside the ones above will stop generation. If your target language isn't listed yet, use the closest supported option. βš™οΈ How the language is chosen If you don't pick a language, Content Genius decides for you in this order: 1. Your choice in the composer β€” always wins if you set it. 2. Your Brand Vault's voice language β€” used if you didn't choose one. 3. US English β€” the default if neither is set. πŸ“„ Page types The page type tells Content Genius what kind of content to build. It shapes the article's structure and the behind-the-scenes markup that helps search engines understand the page. Choose the one that matches your goal: | Page type | Best for | | --- | --- | | Blog post | General articles and topic coverage (the default). | | Commercial / pillar | Broad, authoritative pages that anchor a topic and link to related articles. | | How-to guide | Step-by-step instructions to complete a task. | | Comparison | Side-by-side comparisons of options, products, or approaches. | | Service page | Pages that describe a service you offer. | | Product review | Evaluations and reviews of a product. | | Recipe | Food and recipe content with the right structure. | | Landing page | Focused, conversion-oriented pages. | | Informational | Explainers and reference content. | Not sure which to pick? Start with Blog post. You can always create a new article with a different page type, or ask Atlas to restructure the content in the editor. ❓ Frequently Asked Questions Can I change the language after the article is generated? Yes. In the editor, ask Atlas to change the article's language. It will translate and adapt the content for you. Why did my generation stop when I chose a language? The language or region you selected isn't supported yet. Choose one from the supported list above and try again. What's the difference between the regional variants of English? They control spelling and phrasing conventions β€” for example, US, UK, Australian, and Canadian English differ in spelling ("optimize" vs "optimise") and wording. Pick the one that matches where your audience is. Does the page type change how the article ranks? The page type sets the right structure and search-engine markup for your content, which helps search engines understand and display it correctly. Choose the type that genuinely matches your page's purpose. Next steps & related: Generating an Article Β· Editing with the Atlas Agent Β· Using Brand Vault with Content Genius

πŸŽ“ Finding and Accessing Search Atlas Academy

πŸ—ΊοΈ Overview Search Atlas Academy is not hosted at a standalone subdomain like academy.searchatlas.com. If you followed a link to that address β€” or to a help article pointing there β€” it will not work. Academy training content is currently available at two locations, depending on the type of content you are looking for. πŸ“ Where to Find Academy Content There are two active locations for Search Atlas Academy training materials: - Community and core training:community.searchatlas.com β€” This is the Search Atlas Circle community, where you can access courses, lessons, discussions, and community resources. - Agentic Mastery training:agentic-mastery.labs.searchatlas.com β€” This dedicated space hosts advanced agentic workflow training and Labs content. Bookmark both addresses so you can return to them quickly without searching each time. πŸ–₯️ Accessing Academy From Your Dashboard Academy is not a separate section inside the main Search Atlas platform dashboard. To access training content, navigate directly to one of the two URLs listed above using your browser. You do not need to locate an Academy menu item in the left sidebar β€” it is an external resource linked from the platform rather than an embedded page. Always use the verified URLs above rather than older links shared in emails or help articles. ⚠️ Why Older Links May Not Work Search Atlas has migrated Academy content from previous hosting locations to the current community and Labs platforms. Links referencing academy.searchatlas.com or older help articles are outdated and will no longer load correctly. This affects: - Links shared in older email campaigns or onboarding sequences - Bookmarks saved before the migration - Help article references that have not yet been updated If a link you received is broken, use the verified URLs in the section above to reach the correct destination. πŸ”‘ Logging In to the Community To access content at community.searchatlas.com, you will need a Circle community account. Follow these steps: 1. Go to community.searchatlas.com in your browser. 2. Click Log In or Sign Up on the landing page. 3. Use the email address associated with your Search Atlas account when registering or signing in. 4. Once logged in, browse the available courses and community spaces from the left-hand navigation inside Circle. For agentic-mastery.labs.searchatlas.com, a Circle community account is also required. ❓ Still Need Help? If you continue to experience access issues or have questions about locating specific training content, contact Search Atlas support for assistance.

πŸ“„ Understanding Content Creation Limits Across Pricing Tiers

πŸ—ΊοΈ Overview Search Atlas offers powerful content creation tools across all plans, but some features have usage limits that vary by tier. This article explains exactly what those limits are, why you may see an upgrade prompt, and how your credits work β€” so you always know where you stand. βœ… 1-Click Publishing Has No Limits The 1-click publish feature itself is unlimited on all plans. You can publish content directly to your connected site as many times as you like without hitting a publishing cap. If you see an upgrade prompt, it is not related to publishing frequency β€” it is triggered by your article creation limit, which is separate. See the section below for details. πŸ“Š Article Creation Limits by Plan While publishing is unlimited, the number of articles you can create each month depends on your plan. Here is a breakdown: - Growth Plan: Up to 40 articles per month. - Each Pro plan tier includes a monthly AI credit allotment (exact amount shown on your Plan & Usage page). - Higher Pro tiers include a larger monthly AI credit allotment (exact amount shown on your Plan & Usage page). Each article you generate consumes AI credits or counts toward your monthly article allowance depending on your plan. Once you reach your plan's limit, the platform will prompt you to upgrade before you can create additional articles that billing cycle. πŸš€ Hyperdrive Credits for Press Releases Press releases use a separate credit pool called Hyperdrive credits. These are distinct from your standard AI article credits and are not shared with your regular content creation allowance. If you are creating press releases and see a limit warning, check your Hyperdrive credit balance independently β€” it will not affect or deplete your article creation credits, and vice versa. ❓ Why Am I Seeing an Upgrade Prompt? An upgrade prompt appears when one of the following has occurred: - You have used all of your monthly article creation allowance (e.g., 40 articles on the Growth plan). - You have exhausted your AI credits on a Pro plan for the current billing cycle. - You have run out of Hyperdrive credits specifically for press release creation. The prompt is not a sign that your publishing access has been removed β€” it only means you have reached the content generation limit for your current plan. Any articles already created can still be edited, optimised, and published without restriction. πŸ” How to Check Your Current Usage To see how many articles or credits you have remaining this month, navigate to your content tools via the left sidebar: 1. Click Content in the left sidebar. 2. Select Content Planner or open Content Genius (SEO Content Assistant) at /content/seo-content-assistant. 3. Review your usage summary or credit indicator displayed within the tool. You can also visit the top-right Avatar Menu (πŸ‘€) β†’ Billing (separate page) to see a full breakdown of your plan's included features and remaining credits for the current cycle. ⚑ Choosing the Right Plan for Your Needs Here is a quick reference to help you decide which plan fits your content volume: - Growth Plan β€” Best for individuals or small teams publishing up to 40 pieces of content per month. - Pro Plan (lower tier) β€” Suited for growing teams with moderate to high content output. - Pro Plan (higher tier) β€” Ideal for agencies or power users with large-scale, ongoing content production. If you regularly reach your limit before the end of the month, upgrading to the next tier will give you a larger credit pool and allow uninterrupted content creation throughout the billing cycle. πŸ’¬ Still Have Questions?
