📋 Overview

If you have blog posts queued for future publication, Search Atlas gives you a dedicated area to review their status, scheduled dates, and details — all in one place. This article walks you through exactly where to look and what to expect.

🗺️ Where to Find Your Scheduled Posts

Scheduled blog posts are managed inside the Local section of the platform. Follow these steps:

  1. In the left sidebar, click Local.
  2. From the expanded menu, select Posts. The URL will end in /gbp-galactic/posts.
  3. You will land on your Posts dashboard, which lists all posts across their different statuses.

🔍 How to Filter for Scheduled Posts

The Posts dashboard shows posts in multiple states, including drafts, awaiting approval, published, and scheduled. To focus only on scheduled posts:

  • Look for a status filter or tab at the top of the posts list.
  • Select Scheduled to display only posts that are queued for a future date.
  • Each row will show the post title, the target publication date and time, and its current status.

📝 Reviewing a Scheduled Post's Details

To inspect or confirm the details of any scheduled post:

  1. Click on the post title or its row to open the post editor or detail view.
  2. Confirm the scheduled date and time shown matches your intended publish window.
  3. If the date appears incorrect, you can edit it directly in the scheduling field and save your changes.

Note: If a post shows an unexpected date after editing, this is a known issue that has been resolved. Saving the corrected date will apply the change immediately.

⚠️ Understanding Post Statuses

It helps to know what each status means when reviewing your posts list:

  • Scheduled — The post is queued and will publish automatically on the set date.
  • Awaiting Approval — The post is pending review before it can be scheduled or published.
  • Published — The post has gone live. Note that posts on some platforms (such as Google Business Profile) may expire automatically; if a post shows as Published but is no longer visible, the status may not yet reflect Google's auto-expiry. Refreshing or re-checking after a short wait usually syncs the correct status.
  • Draft — The post has not been submitted for scheduling or approval yet.

💡 Tips for Managing Scheduled Posts

  • If you are scheduling posts from a multi-page Awaiting Approval list, complete all actions on the current page before moving to the next. Navigating pages mid-action can reset your view to page one.
  • Double-check scheduled dates after any edits to confirm the correct date was saved.
  • Use the Posts section under Local as your single source of truth for all post statuses.
