The suite includes tools such as the SEO Content Assistant, On-Page Audit, Topical Maps, Content Planner, Scholar, Meta Generator, and AI Content Templates.

If you are experiencing a problem with a Content Genius tool, try the following steps before escalating to support:
- Refresh the page — Many display or loading issues resolve with a simple browser refresh.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies — Cached data can cause tools to behave unexpectedly. Clear your cache, then log back in and try again.
- Try a different browser or incognito window — This helps rule out browser extensions or local settings as the cause.
- Check that your project or domain is correctly set up — Navigate to your project settings and confirm the domain is saved and verified. Some tools require a connected project to function.
- Re-run the tool — If a report or audit appears incomplete or stuck, try closing the tab and re-opening the tool to initiate a fresh run.
- Check your subscription plan — Certain Content Genius tools or usage limits are tier-dependent. Visit Avatar (top-right) → Billing → Plans & Top-ups to confirm your plan includes the feature you are trying to use.
