- Click directly on the image to select it.
- Press the Delete or Backspace key on your keyboard to remove it from the editor.

Important: You must save the article after deleting images. If you close the editor without saving, the images will still be present the next time you open the article and will be included in any future syncs.
🔄 How Deletion Affects Syncing and Republishing
Content Genius syncs the current saved state of your article to your connected platform. This means:
- Any image you have deleted and saved will not appear in future syncs or republished versions.
- If you sync before saving your deletions, the AI-generated images will still be published.
- Always confirm your changes are saved before triggering a sync to ensure the published article reflects the correct content.
🖼️ How to Upload Your Own Custom Images
After removing the AI-generated images, you can insert your own images in their place. The Content Genius editor includes an option to add images directly within the article body. Place your cursor at the position where you want the image to appear, then use the image insertion option available in the editor to upload a file from your device.
