Because this issue requires investigation by our support team, please collect the following details so we can resolve it as quickly as possible:
- Your Search Atlas project name and the full domain URL associated with the Site Audit project where pages are missing.
- Example URLs of the specific Shopify location pages (e.g. yourstore.com/pages/location-name) that are not appearing in Site Audit or Page Explorer.
- Whether the pages appear in your Shopify sitemap. You can check this by visiting yourstore.com/sitemap.xml in a browser and looking for your location page URLs. Note whether they are present or absent.
- Whether each missing page is publicly visible in your Shopify store settings.
- When the pages were last updated in Shopify and approximately when the most recent Site Audit crawl was run.
