🔍 Overview
The Deploy All button in Site Audit lets you publish AI-generated SEO suggestions across your entire site in one click. However, it only deploys suggestions that have already been generated by the AI. If you skip the generation step, Deploy All will only process the suggestions that exist at that moment — leaving the rest untouched.
This article walks you through the correct end-to-end workflow so every suggestion is generated and deployed successfully.
⚠️ Why Only Some Suggestions Deployed
If you added a new domain, clicked Deploy All, and only a fraction of your suggestions deployed (for example, 10 out of 55 title tags), this is almost always because the AI had only generated suggestions for a subset of your pages or categories at that point.
Deploy All does not trigger AI generation — it deploys whatever suggestions already exist. You must complete the AI generation step first for every category you want to deploy.
✅ The Correct Workflow: Step by Step

Add your domain. In the left sidebar, go to OTTO SEO → SEO Automation (URL:
/seo-automation-v3). Add your domain if you have not done so already and wait for the initial crawl to complete. -
Open Site Audit. Once the crawl finishes, navigate to the Site Audit section for your domain. You will see suggestion categories such as Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, Headings, and others.

Generate AI suggestions for each category. This is the mandatory prerequisite step. For each category you want to deploy:
- Open the category (for example, Title Tags).
- Click the Generate or Generate AI Suggestions button for that category.
- Wait for the AI to finish generating suggestions for all pages in that category. A progress indicator will confirm when generation is complete.
- Repeat this process for every other category you want to include — Meta Descriptions, Headings, and so on.

Review generated suggestions (recommended). Before deploying, scan through the AI-generated suggestions to confirm they meet your expectations. You can edit any individual suggestion directly in the interface.

Click Deploy All. Once AI suggestions have been generated across all desired categories, click Deploy All. The button will now process and publish every available suggestion across your site.
💡 Key Things to Know
- Deploy All only deploys what already exists. If a category has no generated suggestions, those pages are skipped entirely.
- Generation takes time. For large sites with many pages, AI generation can take several minutes per category. Do not click Deploy All until all generation tasks show as complete.
- You can deploy one category at a time. If you prefer more control, generate suggestions for a single category and use that category's individual deploy option before moving to the next.
- Re-running generation is safe. If you added new pages or want fresh suggestions, you can re-generate a category at any time. Existing deployed suggestions will not be overwritten unless you deploy again after regenerating.
- Newly added domains start with zero suggestions. Every time you connect a new domain, the AI has not yet run. You must manually trigger generation for each category before Deploy All will have anything to publish.

- Step 1 — Crawl complete? Yes → proceed. No → wait for the crawl to finish.
- Step 2 — AI suggestions generated for all categories? Yes → proceed. No → open each category and click Generate.
- Step 3 — Ready to deploy? Click Deploy All to publish every generated suggestion at once.
